This Thank you post is dedicated to all of you who teach, regardless of your title. ‘Teachers’ work with other educators, so please, for the purpose of this quick post, consider anyone who educates others (i.e. principal, E.C.E., E.A., parent, grandparent, tutor, professor, etc. a teacher. I believe that Teacher appreciation week belongs to all who educate. It is the final countdown, and we are tired. I will keep this short and sweet!
Why ‘Thank you?”
I think the teaching profession contributes more to the future of our society than any other single profession.John Wooden
…and because I am a daughter, great-niece, niece, sister and friend to countless teachers; have seen the power of teachers to inspire, change lives. I know the impact that my own teachers, friends, family members and children’s teachers have had on me / them. I know the power of colleagues, mentor teachers and role models. So thank you for teaching, under whatever title you teach.
